RHRS can assist with mentoring individual members of staff to achieve both individual and company goals and targets from an external perspective.

Our role  would be to work from both perspectives where we could either agree to work with an individual giving personal feedback only  on a confidential basis or alternatively work with an individual to meet his/her goals and targets and to aid self-development and awareness.
